PicCopy collects no personal data. Your photos and the index never leave your device. The only time the app talks to the outside is to check your purchase with Google Play (§4). There is no server, no account, no advertising and no analytics. This document states that, item by item.
It copies the photos on your phone to a USB flash drive that you connect yourself. That is all.

To find photos that are not yet on the drive | Read-only. There is no function that modifies or deletes photos |

Internet permission is used only for payment. The app talks to Google Play to buy "Move everything" or to check whether it was already bought. Your photos are never part of that traffic. The app contains no code that sends photos or the index off the device.
Besides the photo files, the app writes an index file to a hidden folder on the drive (.사진백업/) so that the next backup can skip photos already copied. The index contains:
This file exists only on your USB drive. It is not sent to anyone, including the developer. Formatting the drive or deleting that folder removes it.
You can move up to 300 photos for free; after that a single payment unlocks the rest. It is not a subscription. Getting your photos back is always free — plug the drive into a PC and they open as ordinary photo files without this app.
How many photos you have moved for free is written to the index file on your USB drive (§3). It is not sent to the developer.
App settings only (language, the last chosen USB folder, a copy of the phone name), in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
The app is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, regardless of age.
2026-09-24 — Payment was added, so Internet use and a payment section are now documented.
If a feature that transmits data is ever added (for example crash reporting or ads), this policy will be updated first and the effective date changed. This page is always the current version.
Use the developer contact shown on the Google Play listing.
